Shipping policy

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days via Royal Mail / Evri — FREE on all orders
• Express Delivery: 1 working day — £2.99 (order before 2pm Mon–Fri)
• Dispatch: All orders sent within 1 working day of payment confirmation
• Tracking: Every order gets a full tracking link sent to your email once dispatched

📍 Delivery Areas

• We ship to all UK mainland addresses; some remote areas may take 1 extra working day
• We do not currently ship internationally

⏰ Delivery Times

• Standard: Monday–Friday only (no weekend delivery)
• If you don’t receive your order within 5 working days — contact us straight away so we can help

📦 Order Issues

• If your parcel arrives damaged or missing — send photos within 48 hours and we will replace or refund immediately
• We are not liable for lost parcels marked “delivered” by the courier
